MS Project for Customer Projects
The MS Project training aims at getting to know the software and moving from the first steps to practical exercises. Building up, teaching contents are worked on and deepened in individual units.
As a participant, you will learn how to create projects, create activities and summary activities, and define activity relationships. The functions calendar, views and tables are explained and deepened by means of practical exercises. Project controlling in MS Project includes information about the base plan, variances, resource planning, scheduling and capacity leveling.
The training is suitable for MS Project application in product development, sales projects or when implementing new projects in existing systems.
