Support in Strategy Development


If it is time to strategically realign the company or a division or to specify the existing strategy, if there are major changes in the management team or in the corporate environment, a workshop for the (further) development of a (new) corporate strategy makes sense.

The exact workshop content will be adapted to individual customer needs, but will roughly include the following:

  • Goals, mission and vision
  • Strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats
  • Strategic challenges and planning of adequate measures
  • Planning of communication with employees and stakeholders such as customers and suppliers

In the course of the workshop, a sustainable strategy process is defined in addition to the strategic orientation; among other things, periodic strategy controlling should be introduced.
