Quality Management

If quality specifications have been defined in terms of process, product or service quality, it is the task of quality management to ensure that these are met and to question them on an ongoing basis.

That is easier said than done, because: Habit, routine and a certain operational blindness cloud the view. It is therefore worthwhile to take a neutral look from the outside in order to better identify, understand and remedy weak points.

This is exactly where centerline/ comes in.

In the course of project or process specific quality inspections (audits), the entire process – from the customer quote (sales) to processing (contract execution) to customer acceptance (after sales) – is examined.

To this end, the consultants work intensively on company-specific processes and regulations and conduct interviews with key personnel. Based on their findings, suggestions for action and optimization are made for quality management.
