Intervention in Project Crises


If projects get into serious difficulties, external intervention is often necessary to minimize the damage and bring the project team back into active action.

centerline/ supports companies that have got into such a situation due to economic events, interpersonal differences, technical problems or other factors with a professional crisis management process. This includes among other things

  • the rapid definition of immediate measures,
  • a crisis analysis,
  • the establishment and implementation of crisis communication, and
  • further measures until the crisis is resolved.
