This seminar explains how to prepare the negotiation carefully, act professionally and thus maximize the success of a negotiation.


There is no patent remedy for successful claims enforcement and defense. The starting point is always a negotiating position derived from the contract. Based on claim substantiation, the negotiation represents the final step of a successful claim enforcement.
