Agile Transformation

Details

Agile organizations are characterized by a high and fast adaptability to changing circumstances and market situations. Hierarchies are flat, employees are highly crosslinked, self-organized and empowered to make decisions independently.

All this requires a culture based on trust, in which people are at the very center and change is desired. The foundation for this culture is a shared understanding of agility - it requires an agile mindset. The mere introduction of agile frameworks such as SCRUM or Kanban are not sufficient for an agile transformation.

In order to become fully agile, the organization must undertake a structural change at the same time as building up competencies. centerline/ accompanies this multi-stage transformation process.
